Love them. I have a program that adds up all the calories for me with the ingredients that I use and they came out at 58 calories using this recipe. It also has 6 g carbs, 1g fiber, 3.4 g fat, and 2.4 g protein

Read more carefully, the recipe calls for sugar SUBSTITUTE (like Splenda) NOT sugar.

Why do some of you say "too much sugar"?? There is NO SUGAR. Uses sugar sub like Splenda.

If you like coffee flavor, you will like them. they are moist and chewy but I hate coffee so I need one without the coffee taste. Anyone have any ideas if they will still be good if I take the coffee out?

I wanted to know how much soup you HAVE to eat each day on the sacred heart diet? This is my 3rd day on the diet it's going pretty well. As of this morning I have lost 3 pounds. I had two bowls the first day but only one bowl on the second and third day. Is it true that the more soup you eat the more weight you lose?
