2 Point Shake

A cool pudding treat that won't wreck your diet.


Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 Tbs. fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 1 Tbs. Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth and thick.

I remember a different shake from WW's long ago. Add 1 c. skim milk, 1 c. frozen strawberries, and 1 packet of sugar substitute in a blender. Pour out a 1 serving shake. I believe there is a point for the milk and 1 for the fruit....perhaps. posted Dec 7th, 2008 10:10 pm
