2 Point Shake
A cool pudding treat that won't wreck your diet.
Yield: Serves 1
Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 Tbs. fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor)
- 1 Tbs. Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Process until smooth and thick.

uuhh. yuummy in my tummy. this stuff is pure genius.
It is very easy to make and is very good. It makes a huge glass full.
cool whip doesn't have a lot of calories.. dur
Really good.. and a lot of shake too I wasnt' expecting it to be so much. The cool whip gives it some creaminess.. I liked it a lot!

I remember a different shake from WW's long ago. Add 1 c. skim milk, 1 c. frozen strawberries, and 1 packet of sugar substitute in a blender. Pour out a 1 serving shake. I believe there is a point for the milk and 1 for the fruit....perhaps.
Excellent shake, and easy to make!! I cannot believe it is only 2 points!!
cool whip in a shake.. doesn't sound very healthy to me
