Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 Tbs. fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor)
- 1 Tbs. Cool Whip
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Process until smooth and thick.
