Yield:Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 Tbs. fat-free, sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor)
  • 1 Tbs. Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Process until smooth and thick.
