Exercise program based mostly on lunges and light weights. If you are not going to do the diet save the money and do the lunges and weights yourself. The work outs are boring and repetitive

workout

I am doing that right now. It does tone a lot and my waist has decreased one inch (I am done with phase 1 workouts). The scale has not really moved (maybe 1 pound), but I am not that unhappy with my weight. The workouts are pretty intense. I was quite sore after the first time and I exercise regularly (just not strength training). After 3 weeks I feel better; have more strength. I am interested in seeing what happens as I move to the Phase 2 workouts.

I returned my kit yesterday. I was supposed to be on the reset portion for 10 days, but only made it to 5, before my body could no longer handle the lack of nutrients. You're only allowed to have protein/veggies, raw or cooked, no dairy of any kind on reset. You can only drink water, tea or coffee, nothing else. I couldn't handle it. I only had to lose 20 pounds, but this is a VERY hard diet. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It made me physically feel like crap.

If you are not a fan of "restricted" diets, then I wouldn't recommend this. I was on it for 5 days, and I returned it yesterday. The first phase of this diet is called "reset". You are not allowed any dairy products, or any carbs of any kind. You drink a fruit smoothie for breakfast, which uses coconut or almond milk, and Hemp or Whey protein powder. The Hemp powder is horrible and many have added liquid Stevia or vanilla flavoring because the smoothie is horrible if you don't. It's like drinking really weak pea soup, but it's bitter. You can have all of the raw veggies you want as snacks. Your lunches are protein and veggies. The reset is designed to prepare your body for the rigourous workouts that follow. I was on this for 5 days, and about starved. I never thought I would get sick of vegetable, but I don't want any for along time. How long you are on reset depends on your starting weight. I weighed 170 to start, which put me on reset for 10 days and is adjusted depending on how much you weigh. The more you weigh the longer you are on reset. I only made it 5 days, before my body rebelled from lack of nutrition. So, I don't recommend Pink.

I haven't ordered it yet, but I am going to. I keep hearing from some people that they feel like crap for a week or 2. Well I am feeling like crap eating all the junk food and processed food that this country poisons us with, there is stuff put in foods so we crave it more and more; so if I feel like crap for only two more weeks, I am in !!!!!! Ordering it now!!
