Will the 17 day diet work for someone who is trying to lose 12-15lbs.

I would like to lose 12-15lbs. will this diet work for someone who has not so much to lose. Thinking about buying 17 day diet book today!

Yes, I lost 12 pounds on cycle 1 in my 1st 11 days. BTW I got my Book on Amazon.com

I only wanted to lose 10-15 lbs. It's great, I'm on C2, day 5 and have lost 6 pounds. Feel great and learning a lot about food.
