Hi I just would love to no that if i get on it and do it will i get down some will i be fat becouse i do not want to do like this.

It is working for me. Before joining, I knew that several of my friends had done well on the program. I also knew that if I had to spend some money, I would be all the more motivated. VERY IMPORTANT: Since joining, I have taken 2 short vacations, and on trips I always gain weight. In spite of those setbacks, I have lost 11 lbs in the 9 or 10 weeks since I joined. I am a little over 5 feet tall, and started at 158 lbs. This morning, I weighed 147.
