will i lose weight with zantrex 3 without excersizing, but dieting?

so i just took my first two pills today and im really hopeful for this. most of the results i read are positive! i was a little jittery today with a heartbeat a little faster than normal.
what im wondering is if these pills will work if i change my diet, but not excersize much. im injured and cannot do the physical work, but with these pills and dieting right, will i lose the weight? i really hope so. i only want to lose 10 pounds, 15 at the MAX... wish me luck!! ill write later on with how its going!
