Will I have to give up pilates when I start the PINK Method?

About the exercise---I ordered Pink, but it has not arrived yet.After reading the reviews I have a question about exercise. I currently go to a pilates class twice a week, will I have to give it up??

I'm not super familiar with Pilates but they do say light exercise, like walking, is ok during Reset. You just aren't eating many calories so anything more strenuous isn't advised. The most you would be on Reset is 14 days and then I see no reason you couldn't go back to Pilates in addition to the PINK videos.
