Diets in Review Question

I heard about this diet by my step mother. We both talk about how we need to lose weight. She is going to start this diet this week. I really want to start this diet, but i have some worries. I worry about losing weight so dramatically that I will have saggy skin or something?

I think that if you excercise while on the diet you will not only lose weight but tone ur body and therefore minimise the chance of the diet resulting in saggy skin. I was on a diet a while back lost 20kg and didnt have saggy skin cos i excercised along with dieting. Hope this helps :)
i really want and need to lose some weight. I'm 5 foot 3 inches and i weigh 13 stone. i want to get down to 9 stone. so i have to lose 4 stone in total. I am just wondering how many jars of baby food do i have to eat per day. And do i have any other food or do i just eat nothing but baby food? please help.
