I've been taking Plexusslim with the accelerator for 3 weeks. Within the first week i lost 7lbs, but i haven't lost anymore since. Can anyone give me a pointer as to why i'm not loosing anymore?

I can control my appetite for lunch. My problem is dinner and snacking when I return from work. I take 1/4 of the Plexus Slim drink at 10 a.m. I take the remaining 3/4 at 4 p.m.

I am taking a probiotic with with Slim and have lost weight since then.
when you begin losing weight and become more active you will build muscle. muscle is twice as heavy as fat so it is possible to build muscle and lose fat and actually gain weight. eat a little something every 3 hrs drink lots of water
Rachel, you should try some of the other products, like the Probio 5 and the Biocleanse. They are both wonderful, and can help you start losing weight again. Be sure that you drink all of your Slim within one hour of taking the Accelerator, that makes a difference too.
I have been on it for 12 days and have NO lost a pound!
