Why am I craving carbs?

It's day 5 and the diet is working; however I started craving carbs on day 4 and all day today...any suggestions? I'm really having to dig in and resist a binge. When did the cravings stop for the rest of you?

I have been having the same problem. But I read someone else post and they said they lost over 14 in the first cycle and cheated a little. So I was like hey, I don't think a cracker or two will through me off my whole diet. ( I know this is bad) I'm on day five and I lost 7 lbs. Just daon't eat it everyday maybe every three to five days. I know its hard, but stick it out. Because in the third cycle you can eat carbs. Good luck!!!

i crave carbs as well, however i am just trying to be strong and fight it. if the person below says its okay to have a few crackers and it did not effect anything then go ahead! remember the first is just 17 days out of your life. just be strong!!!!
