While taking 3X Slimming Power, when should I eat?

I'm takin 3x slimmin power do i wait for me to get hungry or eat my meals normal well light answer ASAP please Ok so can someone tell me we take the pill before breakfast and wat if we don't feel hungry do I still eat my 3 meals (light meals) ex:special k in da mornin lunch tuna or salads stuff like that not heavy should I eat or wait until I get hungry and then eat....o yeah I'm not forgettin the waterto drink alot
