Where to find an LA Weight Loss Pamphlet?

Good Afternoon,

I was reading through the blogs and I was curious to know if anyone has a copy of the weightloss plan? If so, I was curious to know if anyone would be willing to help me on that. I started the plan in 2006, and lost about 25lbs and when I moved from the dorm life to home, I had lost the pamphlet with the grocery list and what to order if going somewhere. It is now 2012, and I have come to terms that I need to get back on track. If anyone can help with this, i will be forever thankful.

The LA weightloss center had closed down when I graduated.
