Also what is the approximate cost? I really want to try this diet in a safe way. I want to be clinically supervised by a recommended Doctor!

Of course you will lose weight only eating 500 calories a day, but the shots keep you from being ravenously hungry. If you follow the diet strictly, eating the apples, salads and lean meats, weighing the amounts as required you will remain healthy. You will be weakened at times, of course, because you are losing weight. Regular exercise helps. My husband lost 30 lbs in 42 days, and I lost 15 lbs in 42 days. You must change the way you prepare your foods and the amount and kinds of foods you eat during the diet and continue to eat this way increasing your caloric intake gradually to your Resting BMI to keep the weight off after you have reached your target weight. Dr. Angelina and her office staff are very professional and caring. No other diet has had the success as this one for us.
