when is the best time to exercise?

i'm a mother of two my daughter is 10 and my son is 6. i am always so busy, so my question is when should i exercise? and is it true that if you exercise in the morning that you can lose alot more weight?

The best time to exercise is the time that you are most likely to do it because there is no one best time to exercise. Most of us have more endurance in the late afternoon, but physical strength is greater in the morning, and morning exercisers are usually more consistent. You get the same calorie-burning effects from exercise at all times.
