This sounds really efficient as me and my boyfriend both want to lose 40 pounds. Can you eat maple brown sugar oatmeal, I usually have it for breakfast? And also what yogurts would be appropriate? Thank you for everyone who responds with tips or anything.

I have found that brown sugar in my oatmeal is OK with the No White diet, however, it is still sugar and needs to be limited to achieve weight loss. Instead of pre-packaged "maple" oatmeal, I use original rolled oats with 1 T of real maple syrup. Again, I know it's sugar and don't indulge in it too often - but the taste is fantastic! Good luck!

Forget sugar and artificial sweetners. Use real oatmeal with cinnamon. Limit your quantity to one serving or less. If you need something sweet, try a raw apple or other fresh fruit.
