What substitutions for the following foods in 17 Day Diet?

Ana asked this question Jun 28th, 2012 6:18 pm

I don't care for vinegrette dressing, can I eat the salad without the dressing or without the vinegar? Does the yogurt have to be plain, or can it have sugar? I don't care for a variety of veggies, can I only choose a few?

Dressings .. I dont know exactly what you like for dressings : this is one I did myself based in things i can eat.. .

blend or minced garlic
yellow mustard
olive oil
and half lemon juice
lets say .. 1 spoon of mustard, 1 olive oil or flax seed oil , some lemon or 1/2 lemon . tea spoon or garlic or less. just to add some flavor (I personally love garlic) . a little pepper and READY !! ..

other
is Lemon , little salt and pepper. and if you want olive oil.. if am not wrong you can also used any type of LOW FAT Dressings.. avoid the creamy ones.

Yogurt dont have to be plain .. LOOK FOR NO SUGAR YOGURTS . with fruit or flavor fruits.. vanilla, strawberry, peach .. etcetc.

Veggies : .. You can eat the ones you love , in this way .. you will feel better . i enjoyed. my salad:

spinach, onions, strawberries, cucumber, or cranberries, sometimes add some celery and mushrooms too :) ... go light no sugar no low calories dressing GOOD LUCK !

I found the best tasting yogurt, it's Boathouse Yogurt Ranch...only 45 calories per serving. It's great! It's in the refrigeration section because it's made from yogurt. I like vinnegrette but get tired of it...this was a great change!
