What is your thoughts on the Ketogenic lifestyle?

I for one follow it and LUV it. Many do not fully understand it's finer details and, just wanted and hoped you could share some info outside of my crowd / links and friends + my new crowd and links and friends I will be involved with within here. Thank you.
