What is the Stabilization and Maintenance Plan for Quick Weight Loss Centers?

I started the QWL program, and got halfway to my goal weight and lost my job and could not finish paying. So I stayed the path of the program, and I am close to my goal weight and scared to death of gaining all that weight back. Can anyone please help me by giving me the stabilization and maintenance part of this plan? I would very much appreciate it.
