You can't spot reduce or pick your body shape, but you can choose to be physically active, to eat right, and dress in ways that flatter your figure. Follow a balanced, wholesome diet at the calorie level you need to maintain a healthy weight for your height and activity level, and over time, your body will gravitate to its personal best. And be sure that you actually have 10 pounds to lose! Sometimes, females are influenced by unattainable, idealized media images of the body.
