Diets in Review Question

What health issues would you think should be considered before starting 17 Day Diet??

I would like to use just online guidance and diet plan. Do I have to buy the book to get the detail instruction that I need. I review the workbook and am not interested in that much work. If i get the food and exercise down that will be a load for me. tks,
