It depends on the flavor. The fruit punch MiO tastes like your classic red fruit punch, but without the sugar overload. The sweet tea MiO tastes like sweet tea. The strawberry watermelon MiO tastes like... strawberry watermelon. The flavors really good, as bold or light as you like (depending on how much you add) and not too sweet.
mio water taste great . i have tried all flavors and love them all.my favorite is the mango!!! i am one of those people who could not drink water due to no flavor,now i am drinking at least 6 if not more bottles of water a day!!! in fact it is the only thing i drink other than 1 cup of coffee every morning. i encourage every one to try it!!!
it is similar to crystal light without the after taste and its lighter in taste and appearance
