What could I be doing wrong? Have been talking for exactly 1 month, 3 before 2 main meals of the day..drinking lots of water, haven't lost an inch or any weight, have actually gianed a few lbs.

skinny fiber gets your body ready to lose weight, your body still wants to store fat. skinny fiber helps your body get past that. also skinny fiber may make you smaller but you may still weigh nearly the same. be patient it takes time. i also can carry my weight, was tired, got worn out easily before.
There are a couple of questions you want to ask yourself. 1) Did you get your Skinny Fiber from an actual distributor and not from ebay or amazon. These are not authorized distributors of Skinny Fiber. 2) Are you drinking enough water WITH your dosage. You have to drink at least 8 full ounces of water everytime you take Skinny Fiber to reconstitute the fiber and activate the enzymes. Also stay hydrated throughout the day. I hope this helps.
Well tried faithfully for 2 months, drank more than enough water everyday and at time of taking pills. Have not lost a thing, honestly I fell no different than I did before. And yes Rhoenia you are right you can't get a refund, just keep trying. Well done trying. Waste of money.
omg..same with me. And can I get my refund? NOPE!! They say you can return it for a refund but you have to return 30 days from your purchase date, not 30 days from the date you received the product. I am still as constipated as I was if not more so. I still have heartburn. I have lost no pounds it isn't working at all for me. Their advice. BUY MORE!! KEEP TRYING. Thats a lot of money to pay for no results
I take skinny fiber as well, and I've been on for 3 months. I have NOT lost any pounds but I'm losing inches. Have you tried doing a colon cleanse? I've heard that that can help as well. Also, to get faster and better effects, maybe open the capsules and mix them into food you can eat so it works faster. I've mixed it with applesauce and it helps. But you're body needs to detox which can make you gain at first, I went through detox half of the time taking it and now am starting to see better results. Also, you could possibly be over-drinking water?
