Diets in Review Question

Starting my optifast

I'll be starting my optifast nextweek. I know it will be hard to go without food. Do anybody have any diet plan suggestions for me. I put a order in for the chocalet shakes,chocalete bars and chicken soup. I need a daily diet plan

I don't care for the chocolate RTD, but the powder is okay. What I prefer is the vanilla powder in a blender with ice and diet orange soda. Tastes like a dreamsicle. I also mix the chocolate powder with diet chocolate soda. I've chosen the all Optifast liquid route since it worked for me years ago and I kept the weight off for a long time. Good luck to you.
