Should I continue the Jillian Michaels Dextox and Cleanse? I felt sick last night.

This is the first time I've ever tried a detox. I'm only on Day 2, but am trying to decide whether or not to continue. Last night I was so sick, I rolled around on the couch and floor for hours. I am a mom and wife and have way better things to do than be sick. Will these side effects subside or should I discontinue using the product now???

absolutely not. if you are not tolerating the side effects your body is trying to tell you something. i could not take it after one dose. i was in the bathroom for hours and had an accident as well. yeah. procedd with caution if you do...
