Diets in Review Question

Protein powder with probiotic and fruit in the morning?

I have read the book and started Cycle 1 today. I love protein shakes in the morning and I know this diet consists of a lot of protein. I have searched the book, but cannot find an answer. Can I have protein powder with my probiotic and fruit and in the morning or should I just leave it out? Thanks for your help and good luck to you all!

I have been on the diet for 24 days and I have lost 10 lbs. Iadd soy protein to my moring shakes because I workout for 30 minutes a day.
