I clicked on the link for the recipe for the royal wedding cake and this one came up...can one assume that it is correct? Also you mention baking it in a cake pan...any clue as to what type or size pan or pans to use?

Hi FAL - We have to apologize for any confusion, as that link for the chocolate cake was misplaced and is not the royal wedding cake recipe. Mentioned in that article is this book Eating Royally, a cookbook by the Queen's former chef. He says that Prince William and Kate have chosen to serve his Chocolate Biscuit Cake recipe, which can be found in the book, available here on Amazon.
To your other question, a standard 13x9 cake pan should work just fine.
