Diets in Review Question
My question is how many points would my 62 yr. old husband weighing 220lbs, height 5'9"?

My husband will NOT join, but will eat what I eat, however that won't be the right points, what would the daily pointsplus target be for a 62 yr. old man who is 5' 9' weighing 220lbs? I am starting my first week and excited about how this new Weight Watcher plan will work!
