Diets in Review Question

I've heard your not supposed to do the same workout everyday. Is this true?

i started an exercise dvd a couple weeks ago and i just heard your not supposed to work out the same muscles out everyday, like abs mon. legs tue. and so on, is this true?do i need to get another dvd and switch off?

In general there is no right or wrong when you workout, as long as you do it! However, most people find it’s best to workout in the morning as there is last chance of blowing it off as it’s done before you get to work or start your chores. Personally I’m a morning gal as I find it energizes me and put’s me in a great mood for the rest of the day!
