Diets in Review Question

Is this exercise DVD right for me?

I have spondylolisthesis and, although I assume exercise could help my condition, would you recommend this exercise DVD? I am often afraid that attempts at certain exercises might do more damage, but I am tired of not doing some kind of exercise.
