Pink Method recommends that you consult with your physician if you have any health issues. I would strongly agree. I would just call your Dr. office and ask them over the phone. Good luck!

I would not recommend this diet to anyone. I was on it and about starved. It made me physically ill. I returned my kit yesterday. My mom has the same condition and she's been trying to lose weight as well. It's a very hard diet and not as easy as Cynthia Pasquella makes it sound.

Check with your doctor first but yes! I also have Hypothyroidism. I am currently on day 6 of reset. I am also a registered nurse so I understand the physiology of it. I too have been physically ill but it is as a result of my body detoxifying all the sugars, starches and processed crap I have been putting in my body. Its like an addict going through withdrawls (just not as intense). I dont feel starved. The shakes are great and I love fruits and veggies. Go for it and set your mind to it, just be prepared to feel like crap for about a week. Its worth it in the end! Goodluck!

I too have hypothyroidism and PCOS so I have trouble losing weight. I didn't completely follow the Reset but focused mostly on fruits, veggies, lean protein meat, and eating the PINK protein fruit shakes during the first 10 days of RESET. In the first two weeks of starting Phase 1 I have lost 4 lbs and not craving junk food. Good luck!

I have hypothyroidism, and I have been on the PINK for 3 weeks now, I feel better than I have in years. I started felling better in the reset. I think it is the pink drink made with strawberries. The workouts are hard but worth it. I might add that I dont have just a touch of hypothyroidism but a totally non functional thyroid gland, my doc wonts to remove it, but i wanted to give this a chance first. good luck
