I am planning on gettin on the diet but would like 2 know is the food required exspensive

Takisha- the only required food is what you buy at the grocery store. The diet is made of a lot of lean protein like tuna, chicken and turkey, as well as fresh vegetables. Buy in bulk, buy frozen and shop sales and you can certainly eat this way within your existing budget.
No more expensive than a grocery store trip. The program focuses on fresh and real foods, not processed or prepackaged, and the recipes are not bland as some have stated...There are many ways to add flavor without adding salt, like herbs and spices. I use the same recipes when cooking for my family and they have no complaints. They don't even miss the salt
