I would say no. Loaded with sodium. The goal is to have less than 2000 mg of sodium per day. Take a look at the serving size on the ramen package. You probably are getting half your salt intake in a half package. And who eats half a package. As a college student I thrived on ramen and easy mac. It's a quick and cheap option. But healthy wise, not the best choice.
