This question is about Supreme 90 Day and P90X: There's a Difference

The first time you try it will be the toughest, however it will get easier to you before it changes and goes back to hard. The one that will really make it seem hard the first time is the plyometrics.
It is not so much hard as repetitious, it requires mental focus to keep doing the program each day and you do various sets of the same exercises. its ok though, after a few weeks you pick up the routines and the soreness subsides, it works pretty well though and you do have to be in fairly good shape to start with.
