I was interested in the medifast diet and think it would be easier for me to start a diet that supplies the food.

Medifast is a great diet and you will lose weight fast however when going off it you will gain weight fast! I went on it and lost 34 lbs in 4 and a half months, that was 10 months ago and I've gained 30 lbs back in 10 months! Bottom line IT DOES WORK - MOST OF FOOD TASTES BAD IN MY OPINION ALL POWDERED AND MIXED WITH WATER BUT WORTH IT WHEN LBS. SHED! Cost about 250 to300 monthly but you will lose the weight in 2 or 3 months if followed carefully! BEST TIP - go on facebook they have a page of Medifast users they are very inspirational and will answer any of your questions. GOOD LUCK HOPE THIS HELPS!

My worry is starting the maintenance and not gaining it back. It's a super easy diet and after the first week you won't feel hungry as long as you get all your Medifast meals in :)
