If you're following the maple syrup diet, you must use the grade b maple syrup. This can be found in health food and supplement stores; as well, we found it online here at Amazon. Grade B is amongst the darkest maple syrups, meaning it's more heavily concentrated, and is a standard used in cooking and baking.
