Is dry roasted almonds okay to eat in the Cinch 5 day detox?

Cinch by Cynthia Sass...the 5 day detox menu. Is dry roasted almonds okay to eat in the 5day detox? How many is 2tbs. almonds?

I could not find fat-free organic yogurt. I got 0 % fat organic plain yogurt is that the same?
I could not find organic eggs so purchase egg white substitute is that alright?
