Is Almond Milk or Silk Milk allows on 17 Day Diet?

I have tried the 17 day diet with results but gave it up because I needed something in my coffee...hopefully I can use almond milk

I love my coffee but need some sort of milk..Is almond breeze or silk almond allowed.?.
