In Mark Macdonald's Body Confidence, how does one determine which goal type they are?

We have the book..it's very good...This is about Mark Macdonald's Body Confidence plan, we are excited about this plan,but need to be clear on which goal type is right? I'm 5'7,56 yrs old..160 pds,would like to lose 10-15 pds,moderately active...thanks!!
