Diets in Review Question

I've lost weight on my own and consequently off all my medications, however as a Type 2 Diabetic I monitor my glucose and carbs, sugars etc. Before I sign up I would like more info if this works for Diabetics please. ? Please advise, thank you!

On PinkMethod.com they explain that the program was designed for those in "normal health," and they advise that you consult a physician before following PINK Method if you have diabetes.

We interviewed the program's creator yesterday. Cynthia Pasquella said that there are adaptations throughout that cater to a variety of unique dietary needs, including diabetes. She even mentioned that foods included in the diet don't spike blood sugar and she's had some participants go off of their insulin. You can see our Cynthia Pasquella interview for P.I.N.K.
