Qnexa is still pending FDA approval and is not available outside of the clinical study, going on now. More info about Qnexa's FDA approval.

You must be under a doctor's care and receive your prescription from your doctor. The paper prescription is not used. The doctor must call it in to the recommended pharmacy. The pharmacy will then contact you to set up your account. Vivus, the company that manufactured Qsymia is holding a tight rein on the drug not allowing doctors to order and dispense the pills at will. The Company does not want diet pill clinics to be able to take advantage. The cost is high and is not covered by any insurance company but worth the money if it works.
