Diets in Review Question

I love dark red kidney beans are they good to eat a few times a day?

I need to know if they are carbs or protein and also please let me know
what beans is more protein than carbs. I feel better when I do not eat a lot
of Meat ... Thanks

Kidney beans are an excellent food choice to incorporate into your day. They are rich in fiber and provide some of the protein your body needs to function. If you eat them along with a whole grain, the quality of this protein increases and may work well as a meat alternative.
