Diets in Review Question

i like working out but my biggest problem is over eating. what do i do to stop this bad habit?

i easily get bored with my meals i like to change it everey so often but i have trouble saying no to chips and chocolate specially at nite time. what do i do?

have good meals prepared. decide before working out what you will have afterward. for example, have an apple ready washed to eat. or have your spoon and napkin ready for your yogurt. crack and beat an egg, have a pan and pam spray and lo fat/hi fiber english muffin ready to make. dont allow your bad habit to CONQUER YOU! fight back!
