sugar free fruit yogurt would be a probotic. I'm pretty sure that was what the book says. Now I have to go read that again! I'm on day 4 and seeing great results!

i eat fruit too... because what little is in the yogurt doesn't = 1 cup worth ... i am on day 13 and have lost 13lbs.

I had the same question and I am waiting for a reply from thier question answer site. I'm thinking I can count my My yogurt with fruit as one probiotic and one fruit. I hope that's what they tell me. I'll let you know. It does have a little more sugar than my milk and fruit combined, so we'll see.
