well if i were you i would talk to the doctor that prescribed it to you they might up your dose or switch you to a different substance.. just don't up the dose yourself.. and it doesn't depend on just how much you eat, its what you eat, and when. don't eat late at night.. try not eating after 7pm, that is if your on a normal sleeping schedule. As for the exercise, you cant just work out heavily for 30 minutes, two days a week and expect to lose weight. try doing a steady workout for 60 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. oh and if you have cut out pop and that hasn't helped its probably because u may have switched to juices... and to be honest they are loaded with sugar, so allot of it is not good for someone who is trying to lose weight, and if you drink the V-8 drinks you cant drink the fruity flavored ones, there full of sugar, and most people put on the medicine like myself are put on a major diet that consist of mostly vegetables and fruits, but mostly vegetables, because fruits have natural sugar which makes them sweet, so its not good to chow down on them allot. if u don't like vegetables and you do eat mostly fruit try apples and oranges mostly... and drink lots of water, on adipex your supposed to drink 64oz to 67oz of water, which equals out to a half gallon jug, and yea i know its allot but it helps.. i hope this helps you out, have a great day, keep confidence in yourself, and stay focused, may god help you along your journey and see that you stick to it and progress trough it... : ) GOOD LUCK

Ina

Try a medically supervised weight loss place that can give you the adipex along with a nutritional plan. Dramatic Weight Loss Center, Dunwoody is great.
