If you are gaining weight then, most likely you are not drinking enough water. This bulk needs to exit the body, so you must increase water to help w/ bowel movements. And have you changed your eating habits? This still requires healthy eating w/ exercise. Everybody is different so your loss my require more than a weeks time.

I tried it as well but not much to see....I am now trying something else and seems to be working very well....email me and I will tell you more as I dont want to promote and get in trouble...:=)
