I would not take it honestly. I started taking this at breakfast and at lunch for about a month i thought it was great i lost 3 lbs. I only wanted to lose like 5-6. Then yesterday i had a huge anxiety attack and chest pains so bad i almost went to the ER. I ended up going to work worrying if i was having a heart attack all day...finally it subsided about 3pm....i woke up this am and feel much better! I am also a very healthy, active individual and just wanted to try these. i am throwing this bottle out. I was so scared ......i would not try it if i were you.

I can't take the generic. I have to take synthryoid. I take 175 mcg daily. I have also started taking the raspberry ketones. I have noticed that I can't get my swelling to go down. THis was undercontrol until I started the ketones. I also have constipation. Another side affect of hypothyroidism that was under control until I started the ketones. I have been on them a wk now, and I am hanging in. May stop soon though to see if I can get the swelling to go away!

I just started taking RK 5 days ago and have thyroid disease. I woke up last night with a bad case of "heart burn", something that never happened before. I had to sleep in an upright position to be able to get back to sleep. I just thought it was something I ate, so I took another RK at lunch today and the "heart burn" is back. The guy at Vitamin World gave me bad information I'm afraid. These are going back to the store for a refund. Not safe.
