Diets in Review Question
I do everything to lose weight and all i do is gain.

i power walk 3 days a week on a 2 1/2 miles track, i eat healthy, no junk, i drink alot of water, i take my water and lemon juice in the morning. i keep gaining the weight especially my stomach. i went for my physical and the doctor said everything is fine. i need to lose this weight, it is bothering me and it keeps me from doing what i want. plus now they have me on hight blood pressure pills. please help!!Invite Your Friends to Answer This Question
