Diets in Review Question
I am taking adipex and sometimes my body feels "empty". What should I do?

Not hungry, I really don't know how to describe it. I drink water, juices, cranberry juice, and diet sprite, but I feel dry or empty. I am not sure how to describe how I feel. I know I am drinking enough, because I go to the bathroom. But, my arms and legs feel a little achy. (???)
