Diets in Review Question

I am over on weekly points but have daily left over on last day of the week. Can I use the daily for overage?

I started WW this week and I have lost 4 lbs. However, I went over my weekly points yesterday by 5 points and I hurt my foot and can't workout today to make up for it. (Yeah, I know, bad planning. Never assume what tomorrow will bring). Anyway, I still have today to finish the week. I am going to have daily points left over today. Can they count for the weekly deficit?

No, sweetie. I wish you could and the splurge! But it is best if you just forget those points ever existed. You are alloted a certain amount overage for each week - no more - no less. I have a suggestion for a workout. Go to youtube and look up chair aerobics. There are actually aerobics that you can do sitting in your chair that can count for your workout. Good luck.

I agree with buyer beware. For a first time they expect you to know how to navigate the system online. I found it to be to time consuming which was a negitive aspect for me. After I signed I up I got caught in the trap of sorry you signed an agreement, you only get 7.95 back of you 58.00 dollars. Thumbs down.
